Additional Information

 

1. VAT and other payments may be subject to variation. You may also have to pay other parties, your Building Society or Estate Agents. Please check with them the amounts they will charge.
2. This is an estimate based on current information and we will inform you in writing of any difficulties that may arise and of any necessary increases.
3. Additional fees (plus VAT) will be payable for extra work in the following cases:-

Shared Ownership Lease	£200.00
Where title is standard Leasehold	£100.00
Preparing a standard Statutory Declaration	£75.00
Transaction Below Market Value	£75.00
Expedition fee	£100.00
Liaising with third parties e.g. solicitors, local authorities etc	£100.00
Preparing a standard Trust Deed to regulate beneficial ownership of the property	£100.00
Where title is unregistered	£75.00
Discharge of second or subsequent mortgages	£25.00 each
Dealing with assignment or deposit of life policies	£25.00 per policy
Key undertaking for early release of key	£25.00
Handling retention monies after completion	£25.00
Arranging insurance indemnity policies for eg Defective Title, restrictive covenants, flying freehold abd absence of easements	£25.00 per policy (In addition to insurance company plicy premium)

 All the above are subject to VAT as appropriate

* Preparation of non standard documentation will be charged on a time cost basis.
