Home Information Packs

Customers wishing to sell a house with 1 or more bedrooms will need to have a Home Information Pack in place before putting their house up for sale. Please speak to Timms and we can arrange a Home Information Pack for you which is compliant with the new Government Regulations. 

Getting the correct advice will help you to place your property on the market more quickly and your Conveyancer will have all of your information to hand when you finally sell your property.  The HIP can then be taken to the Estate Agent of your choice.

 

Even if your property is of a type that will not require a HIP you should contact Timms before you put your property on the market as we can still prepare the documentation that you will need to sell your property before you have a buyer.  This means that once a sale is agreed we can issue the documentation to the buyer(s) conveyancer immediately on notification.  This will speed up the conveyancing process and assist you in achieving a quick exchange of contracts and completion.
