Friendly and professional service

We have a friendly and committed team of qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and support staff.  We aim to provide an excellent service in every area of our expertise.

You will know who you are dealing with and our professional yet friendly approach at our offices in Ashby, Burton, Derby and Swadlincote can help you through difficult times and ensure your family benefits as you wish.

Competitive pricing

Our prices for Wills are competitive and we make no charges for Will storage. We also run free charity Will Schemes, through which  many of our clients over 50 make their Wills free of charge.  The charities we are involved with are:

In Estate Administration we are considerably cheaper than banks. We can tailor our work to meet your individual requirements and having the estate dealt with by a professional can cost much less than you think and can result in tax savings for the next generation.  Remember, if you do not make a Will you might not like what the Law says on Intestacy and someone you believed would receive everything might be left in distress. You might also pay more in tax than you need to. Not many of us are willing to pay tax at 40% on our Estates but without proper planning that can happen.
